Booking the Shop

Reserving your date:

  • Reserve The Sole Repair Shop with a non-refundable room deposit (based on estimate)

  • Finalized catering details are not required to book

Included with your rental:

  • 6 hours of party time and 2 hours of setup on your reserved date

  • Venue Manager

  • Setup and cleanup services

  • Use of in-house equipment and rentals (see vitals)

Additional services provided by Sole Repair:

  • In-house catering and bar services

  • Staffing for your celebration including bartenders and servers

  • Coordination of additional rentals including linen and A/V

  • Security

  • 1800 square foot, two floor loft space

  • Ability to accommodate up to 60 guests for family-style dinner on the second level and 150 guests for cocktail style reception on both levels

  • Fully functioning garage door
    (for an indoor / outdoor experience)

  • Coat room

  • Two private restrooms

  • In-house sound system and handheld wireless mic

  • Wifi and high speed internet access

  • Air conditioning / heat

  • Catering tables, chairs and place settings for 75

  • Lounge furniture, bistro tables, and cocktail tables
