TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Sole Repair offers multimedia connectivity for Audio and Visual needs with a complete bi-level 1500 watt sound system, easily accessable mixing console, and a 50" LCD display on both levels.  WiFi Inernet access is also available throughout the complex thru an unsecured network.
GREEN IS GOOD!:
Sole Repair is owned and was developed by environmentally active and conscious people.  The following are a few examples of how this belief was maintained in the construction of their most recent of projects, Sole Repair.
- Recycled material countertops.
- Recycled 1920's maple dance floor clads (located directly in front of bar).
- Reclaimed barn beams cut into new Fir wood flooring on mezzanine.
- Salvaged metal railings - reused on mezzanine.
- Salvaged wood front entry door.
- Relocated 1910 fire door.
- Recoiling garage door reused as updated store front.
- Windows restored to operable and modern working conditions for passive air cooling.
- Existing concrete flooring reused (cleaned and refinished with water based sealents).
- Reuse of existing wood joists and studs for new framing.
- Use of existing wood walls.
- Wall textures created by removing old plaster - no additional finishes were applied.
- Existing painted walls and ceiling have been wire brushed (No strippers or sand blasting).
- Trim made with 75% post-consumer recycled materials.
